I would particularly recommend it on days where you don’t get enough movement, because it helps to relieve pain and release tension when you go to sleep and wake up. Back-friendly bandage worn at night I have been using the back sleeve for several weeks. I wear it during the day, but always at night. I am very satisfied, the pain is subsiding and I am finding it easier to move again.
