Cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you withdraw from this Agreement, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choosing a different delivery method than the most favourable standard delivery we offer) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract has reached us. We use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction for this refund unless otherwise agreed with you; under no conditions will you be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods again or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

• You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before a period of fourteen days has expired.
• You bear the immediate costs of returning the goods.
• You must pay for any loss of value of the goods only if this loss of value can be attributed to handling that was not necessary to examine the condition, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
